the shop found me ori proton RM380 but no warranty.after install test no problem then go.
besides,taiwan made is RM280 with 3month warranty and Kedai potong R<280 with 1weeks warranty.

I think the shop you're referring is not PESC.

1st, if u wanna get ori proton why not get it from PESC or EON? confirm ori with warranty.
Second, Proton is local made why need to get taiwan made?
Third, kedai potong is the japan model? if japan model then it's worth to consider but the price is only MR100 different, must as well get new original.

it's not the matter worth or not to service in PESC / EON, it's the original part if u get from PESC / EON and furthermore they give warranty. PESC / EON doesn't everything will be expensive, sometimes u will get surprise it's cheaper then outside.

that could be your ECU memory lost....after awhile it will back to normal or u can retune your ECU by using PDT.

Depends on what engine you're getting. For example 4G92 will cost you approximately RM11K before trade in your old engine+ECU+wiring. You can get it done around RM8K if getting cheaper exhaust system and running change of old parts.

change your ATF fluid every 20K km should be good enough, unless you're redlining at every traffic light. 1 of my friend feel his car auto box lazy to shift gear after installing the ATF cooler, i dunno whether it's due to the ATF cooler or else.

Wira engine can't be use in Waja chassis. There is 4G93T with tiptronic gb selling RM7.5K for halfcut.

like i said, the wira chasis platform and waja chassis platform are different and the swapping are impossible. Your wira timing belt is at passenger side while waja is at driver side.

If you wanna transplant, then u need to get 2nd generation GSR engine. The tiptronic gb are more easy to source compare to MT, the tiptronic performance is nightmare but it's quite fun to use tiptronic. FYI, the 4G92 tiptronic is same with 4G93 & 4G93T.
