What's the meaning of CD, EN for example CDXXXXXXXXXMY(tracking no) or ENxxxxxxxxxxxxMY? i always got the tracking no start with EN, but this time is CD. how come?

normally is enxxxxxxxxmy. but cdxxxxxmy i havent heard before. maybe new code? try to track in pos.com.my lor...

EN - pos laju

CD - normal parcel

EN = POSLAJU

CD = Registered Parcel

Yeah...I found that out too by trial and error a few months ago. Sheesh...it's about time pos malaysia's website do a major improvement to make it's online facilities more user friendly for us folks.

Yeah, their pos laju tracking is crapp.

Tried so many times, and still kenot get to see where the heck is the item

It is not poslaju only slow in its tracking system.
Other courier services also no difference.

Except 1.
Fedex.

Haha, i've dealt with most of the types of service, and i think PosLaju is kinda reliable.. But FedEx should be number ONE pricing also number ONE, haha:

AFAIK for Pos Malaysia:

1. RD: registered mail (deal with Pusat Mel)
2. CD: registered parcel (e-parcel) (also deal with Pusat Mel)
3. EN/ED: PosLaju (deal with Pusat PosLaju)
4. Normal mail/parcel (deal with Pos Malaysia/Pusat Mel)

Izit the Registered Parcel need the receiver to do self collect at Pos Office?

i think not necessary, just collector sign on the package.

CD is registered parcel?

I received a pos laju parcel, but the the code is CD.

I've received a parcel through UPS before. And i think it's tracking system is quite good too, shows when it left the office, where it goes after that, and when it's supposed to arrive. Quite reliable, actually.

CD is definitely parcel lo.. cos i have the form here.. it looks like the poslaju form but its blue with a red patch at the bottom left corner for signature (poslaju forms dont have the red patch)

Can I know RF is from which country? I'm expecting parcel with RJ from UK, but I saw RF notification card in my mailbox instead

Might be e-parcel...it's like parcel post but traceable and it is delivered by poslaju guys. Normal parcel has no tracking and it is delivered by your average postman. Perhaps someone could verify this or correct me if I'm wrong. Because at least this is what's been told to me by poslaju staff when I ask a few weeks ago.

pos laju and parcel wat different?

cdxxxxxxxxxxmy is much slower in delivery. takes few day and cheaper. the paper form is blue lining.

now all EN for poslaju

CD normally is for Parcel ( Air / Sea )

swt. my CD takes so long T.T

CD means Air Parcel , at least 1 and a half week

Swt. Been waiting for my CD exactly for one week and there's no further information I can get from. My seller says it takes up to 7 days. Till now my package has not arrived yet. The information I got from my tracking is until the "Terima Dari Pengeposan" stage. Sure it needs at least 1 week and a half to reach here as what SkyNet0000 said?

how come u never know wat is pos express ? let me tell u , it has own envelope and it can only use to post light weight item , probably less than 2kg depends on which kind u purchase.

no need signature and so on....the postman will put it in ur postbox and it will reach in 1-4days depend on ur location..

sometimes they dun update so fast..so be patient..especially when the item is sent on friday or saturday..send friday evening after 3pm lagi jgn harap...supposedly u will be able to track it by the end of monday.

The status update for pos daftar is very very slow.
Sometimes only update after the mail arrived the recipient.

okie..tried to track it again... RF is frm international registered mail.so its RF....FYI,if u hv a registered mail frm international,u need to call 87871122 for get ur local post tracking code...example,i bought stuff frm HK.
the tracking code the seller frm HK gave is RA bla bla bla HK
then,when it reach malaysia,u call 87871122 and ask for the local post tracking code.then only you can track it frm www.pos.com.my under POS DAFTAR

normally sending out around 3-4pm, next day receipient already got it, but system no data, so i also not bother to tell track code. in fact telling track code causing more trouble that ppl asked why no data ....

What about tracking number that starts with RPxxxxxxxxxMY? I got this from a seller but I'm not sure it is supposed to be related to Pos Malaysia or DHL? Tried tracking on both sites, came out invalid.

Ya, and do take note, sometimes poslaju only update their tracking status after 9pm (if you are lucky) or after 10am the next day when the items reach the receiver's poslaju center. Well, that's my case each time when I send an item or when I am expecting an item though.

mine one is EDxxxxxxxxxMY, is it normal for poslaju? i mean the ED code. the seller sent out at monday(sabah), i track today still record not found! Help pls, or phone number for poslaju? i call them system talk and hang on,zzzz.....btw, i live in sarawak, sabah to sarawak also need long time???!!!

Yes. ED, EM and EN are all Pos Laju's codes. If until today no parcel and no tracking, get the seller to doublecheck the number. Either the seller typed wrongly or possibly conned you.
