hi peeps..

i am trying to upgrade my 1.1.4 2G iphone to 2.0.1.

been following iclarified tutorial and got myself stucked in

Step Twenty Three
Once you iPhone is in DFU mode WinPwn will begin the pwnage process.



the progress bar is full in my computer.. it just wont goes to next step (been waiting for more than 15mins now) where



what do i do next?

i've tried to unplug and plug my iphone into usb for a few times.. it it not working either.

Launch iTunes

Hold down Shift and click the Restore button in iTunes.

Select the Custom firmware file. Wait till it completes the pwning.

but suppose i should get a screen on my iphone like this according to iClarified? what i get in my iphone is just a black screen.. which i believe is in DFU mode. (itunes shows need restore)



sorry if i asked too much.. just being cautious as i bricked my iphone once..

i restarted the whole process by clicking reset on the top left of the winpwn program and it worked!

has successfully flashed my 1.1.4 to 2.0.1!

Added on September 14, 2008, 8:56 pmhm... another question.. why is my text messages showing numbers intead of names now? most of them.. but some displayed correctly.. is it i have to install some other applications?

all my contacts were saved in 012xxxxxxxx without the +60 prefix.

anyone's has camera lag issues?

my camera has like a 1 sec startup time after i went to 2.0.2

Only DSLR have .1 sec lag startup..
