I'm still stick with 1.1.4 Just for waiting a stable firmware and reliable pwn tool just like winpwn 2.5.

using expert mode
the partitioning starts at 700Mbyte instead of 500Mybte..
there must be reason but for 16G 700 is good!! hehe

Ok guys my iphone is succesfully running after using winpwn 2.5 using the expert mode
running with no problem at all and my baseband are all good!
Even set for bootneuter to be deleted once its used. Auto detect on bootneuter on and it
detected my iphone on the right baseband!!! WOohooOO!!

Im on Vista Business 32bit OS

Here is the time, from last time tutorial you give me, you ask me to pwn my phone with 1.1.4 1st and then 2.0.

By looking on the new winpwn,there is no option to allow you choose 1.1.4.

Or is there necessary for me pwn with olf fw1.1.4 or just directly pwn with new fw?

FYI, now i suing 1.1.4 with is unlock by iliberty+, fb3.9 now.

That was when winpwn was in its infancy. Now the tool already evolve to a point that u can restore directly to your desired FW. I would recommend using winpwn 2.5 but I my self have not use this so u need the guidance from Corvinux which have tried it. Like CMW said "Use at your own risk". BTW fw 2.0.2 is more stable than 2.0.0.

Nice work there Corvinux..The GUI is awesome + The DFU helper works like how Pwnagetool does, which is guided with instructions rather than you figuring out how to DFU.

Added on August 30, 2008, 11:33 amWhen you pwn an Official unlock 3G iPhone , you will skip the Unlock(Leave it untick) and activate + baseband upgrade will be greyed out for you. Then just proceed with the frimware customization. Enter DFU, restore firmware and you'll have your 3G iPhone jailbroken.

Noted.. just because have more 3rd party application. Those 3G user who are waiting unlock solution should be very hard feeling of waiting..

Yup hopefully they will release the new 'stuff' this september. About the 3G unlock, it's better to get the officially unlock once since we can get it from our neighbouring country. One less hassle to wait for the unlocking software and waiting for the green light if can upgrade or not. Remember last time about the unlock for 1.1.2? How long did we wait for it, 2 months or 3 months?

Singapore is selling quite high price of it, just hunt for those selling their phone who sign with a plan lo.
Last time i bought the sim unlock as well, so i didn't really waiting for the software unlock.
