im actually looking for a decent p35 1st before i move on to p45
if i had xtra cash....i'd go for p45 but at the moment i dun and i prolly wont till nx year (other commitments coming next month) |

does any1 know how to differentiate the newer and older version of DK P35 T2RS?
i heard the older one has bigger caps near the GC that blocks certain gc will it block a 3970 though? i tried searching over the net.....but failed to differentiate :S |

hi guys
jes tested my mobo today but i have issue with dual channel ram the ram will only boot wen 1 stick and alerts the buzzer wen i put 2 sticks im using team xtreems... checked the vdimm etc....seems fine could the rams been damaged wen my previous mobo died? |

i tried another pair of kingston on the mobo it ran smoothly anyways sorry for the noob Q and might oso be at the wrong place is there anyway i can run memtest without a floppy disk? tru thumbdrive maybe? im a vista user.....occasional XP user too  i've downloaded the file for booting from usb (here) tqs This post has been edited by dro: Oct 22 2008, 01:07 AM |

this are my latest testing
havent fine tune it yet though 
500x9 1gb team xtreem (had some ram issues at that time) 
this was done last nite very loose timing wish could have hit sub 10's |

unfortunately.....i havent played wit that
i suspect i can lower my vcore if i play with GTL still learning it as i they're lik 3 different option for the GTL will post a screenshot of the bios regarding the parts that im not familiar |

yeah...i do think the temp is due to the gc
sometimes i do feel manually by hand the GC emits alot of heat tru the back portion of the pcb |

p45 oso have high NB temp izit? i saw ngbh selling a few 40mm but very little air flow allngap shud have better options for performance fans |
