the vcore look like abit too high

Look at my sig. That's my current vcore

i believe u can get lower vcore if u test it by slowly increasing ur clock to see how far it can go with lower vcore...

and the temp u can use the one from coretemp as reference with tjmax set to 100c.......

as u OC, if adding vcore by quite an amount already also cant seem to help stabilise the clock, u might wana adust ur vtt/vfsb and Vnb...

if  ur mobo have gtl... try mess around with it also...

vcore on auto is kinda 

PCI = 33MHz
PCI-E = 100MHz

Vcore = 1.3375v
FSB voltage = 1.3v (if default is 1.2v can't remember )
MCH voltage = 1.6v (if default is 1.5v can't remember also)
PCIE voltage = +0.10v dunno what value and why wanna increase it, but just doing it for the sake of it. 
PCIE frequency = 101mhz
FSB:DRAM ratio = 1:1
ram timing = 4-4-4-15
DDR2 voltage = 2.05v
Loadline caliberation control = auto
436 x 8.5 = 3700mhz

the rest i didn't touch

but as tkh bro said, each mobo are different from another. this values which i used on my Gigabyte X38-DS5 can only be used as reference for other ppl. hope it helps in some way.
and for those who think i can improve and correct. please share with me yah.

oh.. what is your ambient temperature?
so, you are using stock HSF? and what thermal paste you apply?

did you OC?
i had my hsf fan in  turbo mode and its running 1.9K RPM. but still at ~50'C

Want to ask, is it safe to run my Q9550 at 3ghz with FSB 353mhz and ram memory at 847mhz while maintain PCIE at 100mhz

or should i detune my ram frequency to 706mhz at 2.00 multiplex?

yes quite surprised with it..
if only can try beyond 450fsb.. i think 3.5g is no sweat..

the idle temp should be 63/57/58/57..
open the core temp right after priming.. so no record @ idle..

this board rated 1600fsb on OC.. so cannot hope much..
the proc more likely as double E7200...

got some prob with the voltage etc.. donno ur mobo include or not..

but mine must take serious action upon it..

the LLC will stablize ur vdrop/vdroop so should enable it..

vcore quite high though.. my 3ghz 400fsb just need less than 1.2v..
that's on gigabyte..

megashadow is the best of the best! google,wiki,anything oso show megashadow/megahalem is the best (except IFX14 ).

but didnt come with fan, fan is optional. trust me, megashadow is the best!

Use Prime95 instead...
i recommend u to run your windows in diagnostic mode and
- run Prime95 custom FFT size 2048K for 8hours
- run Prime95 blend for 8hours
- run linPack 50~100loops...
