Have you check the bank's website? I think most bank provide online application nowadays because I applied my PB Visa Electron that way. Just remember to send them a copy of your IC and signed form for verification. But you know..it is always a good idea to go to nearest bank and ask. Nothing to be afraid of...I don't think the bank people will bite you
