Taming them need some time and patience Try to give them food or snacks with your hand. After they get used to your hand, they won't feel threatened. Pet them gently when they are in their cage can also help..

male is ok with me. female even i give food to her she prefer to smell nibble my finger than the food. then take her hand to grab my finger. then when i "sim hoi" she small gas donwan choi me pulak.

Usually i juz pick them up eventhough they try2 bite
I ll juz find a way to pick them up on my palm
Once their on my palm i jz put another palm below and let it climb down
I repeat this everyday and din even let them eat food on my palm
I was surprised when Jamien and Neshie told me my Button was tamed cause i tot she's still untamed

The tame 1, I had her for 2 years plus... then she run
After 2 years of being tame, she start bitting people...
She bites very hard and Never let go even i wave my finger/hand
Now she run away, dunno go where and never come back...
Usually she run, she'll come back herself but not anymore
So sad...

I wonder you yourself so scary and how to make your hamster brave on accepting human's touch? At first you dare not touch her or let her to touch you, then you expect her to let you play? First you have to trust her first before you gain her trust. You make sure you wash your hand properly before you handle her or else she will think you are the food and their instinct is to eat or bite, then you can't blame them for doing that. Try research for other info on how to tame hamster online or Google, I'm sure there have plenty ways to tame them. Everybody's method will not be exactly the same. Mine is like Ryo, never use food to tame my hamsters. All the best to you!
