anyway...something weird has happened. She started forming the habit of sleeping outside her box today. And she slept 3 times since I got back 3 hours ago. Didn't see this much sleeping past 2 days...

They will sleep during day time and awake at night. They will wake up for food, drink, pee and poo, so you no need to worry for how many times they sleep, just you haven't get used to their behaviour only.

What's your question? Didn't see any '?' there. They will be freeze up when someone stroke them if only when they are on heat. You didn't get to smell the smell with your 'bad nose' doesn't mean they are not getting their heat. If you want, then you can try rubbing her genital area and wait for the whitish liquid then you smell it, maybe you should get to smell that with your 'bad nose' then.

Weird WW i have. Duno why they like to poop in the bathing sand instead of the toilet i set for them. Which i already fill with their poops.

i got some problem v my 2 female WW. one of my WW like to scream, but not really much . It scream when another WW jump on it. then it will like lie on the floor with 4 legs face up. recently found some of its fur drop. just small part. and it like to shout a lot these few days. both of the WW like fighting each other, but not looks like serious fight oso. because the screaming WW din hav serious injured. BTW my another hamster act a bit weird, she smells the genital part of the screaming hamster n even bite it T_T she even do this to her own little furry kids T_T it is a female ~_~ can anyone explain to me?

i found out My another white WW's chin was wet. and i think its the inflammation of its pouch. any solution for this? it looks like clean out the things in her pouch edi. do i stil need to bring it to vet?

You will see more from petshops which give them other names to make the cute cute to sell like panda hamster (which is Black Dominant Spotted or Black spot RC) from Ikano so they can fetch a higher price than normal RCs.

That's normal hamster habit ler... They like to dig... Your hamster haven't start sleeping with its pee and poo in the toilet yet. That's more headache the pee smell will be on it's fur...

yea..she did it before too...

she sleep inside the hole..her body,like..erm..all her fur stick together..lol..

really headache until i removed the hole...

& she dint pee & poo inside the new house that i bought to replace the previous one..

weird...

sawshe sleep thereonce...i take out the toilet...

after that she go back to the house..

Hi everyone i got a question here, i got 2 hamster which are Winter White. They both live in a cage 2 months ago, i had bought a new cage and they are inside without problem, but last week i change back to the old cage for 1 week and after that i put then into the new cage again, they starting to fight keep 1 of them keep attacking another one....may i know what happen cause before that 2 months they won't fight, and another one when i feed he like not really want to eat....why??

winter white are territory hams... should be live a lone!! thats why they fight..

You can try Frisian Non-clumping cat litter which is safe for hamster to use as toilet sand.

How come before that they live inside without problem, means they should seperate?
