I get smoothie because my hamster is an ultra-picky eater who always single out stuff until no choice
Most likely the dark green pellets are alfafa, which they don't quite like. Those stuff always end up in the compost pot. I FEED her also bo chai, drop it right away even. Talk about hatred for rabbit food |

If you eat too much salt, what happen?
Same thing happens to humans; if too much vitamins/minerals gets flushed in the form of urine. Kidneys strain the waste away which stresses the kidneys Same thing also, which is why we usually prefer just veggies and stuff. You may not see or taste it but they do have sodium. You can let them lick a bit la but try not to add it in their food. If really need salt, can always go to the kitchen and pinch a bit... This post has been edited by Sophiera: Sep 17 2008, 08:45 PM |

Try hanging a treat over her head to make her stand. Requires the effort of 2 people
Alternatively, look for something that is transparent like a glass table or a sheet or a plastic lid. Put the hamster on top and shoot from underneath. Please use softlight flash. Make sure hammy is safe ok? they have bad eyesight so they risk falling. |

By the way, my hamster kept sleeping in the wheel like a second house...shouldn't it be excersising? Getting very worried that bean is not excersising enough |

Litter sand, yes they can be used but must be non-clumping
Yes, hamster can eat egg, yolk or white. As for the sand...it looks exactly the same as my rose one so I guess it's real O_o |
