Then how about providing fresh food? Hamsters get fat on fresh fruits in a good way! And of course smoothie is good too.

the 2nd pic clearly shows that it's an Argente RC.. notice the face structure, very typical of RCs.. as for the agouti, it looks more like WW to me.. so, it's time to separate?

but if crazymouse can double confirm then it'll be great.. perhaps u can ask her..

Hmmm... I think the shopkeeper also didn't know lar. It takes a pretty sharp eye to see the difference mar. And shopkeepers usually just dump all the hammies from the same carton and assume it's the same species and dump it all in 1 tank lor.

and the shopkeeper dare to put the label "Winter White" on all hammies...but there are robo's there also

I noticed bean is not eating the Beansprout and herb mix...

only a few licks then lari.

my agouti WW is getting vr vr fat.... suspect pregnant... but already few weeks still havent give birth to any pups....

there will be some symptoms of pregnancy......maybe u can feel heart beat??

symptom ah??... she is more defensive adi lor... less active lor.... build nest around her sleeping area lor....

Those dwarf hamsters are not pure WW. The gold one is not a RC coz too bright, stripe is thick like WW. Red eye Pudding, common drawback from the hybrid. These mixbreeds will never act like WW, will be more RC. Never breed these, it just makes the genetic makeup worst.

this is what u can do...

1 leaf, 1 non leaf vege, 1 sweet, 1 non sweet frutis. as a set. per meal.
make at least 2 - 3 sets for a week.
feed everyday.. if u can. feed morning n evening.. 2 meal.
dry food 24 hours in tank.

bean don't like huh.... am thinking maybe i make a dry one then u all can sprout it urself n hv some fun hehhe..

now I regret getting the cage...my hamsters are making a racket every night...chewing on the bars. Maybe I should've just bought a tank.

tank is not as fansy as those cage or ovo.. but u n ur hammi sure will be more happy with it.
