I find that these remote-controlled fans have a really "thick" rod/connector...it's very imposing...anyone know any more modern fans that look good? I don't mind regulator as I could change the ugly ones with, say, Clipsal regulator.

Recently bought Panasonic F-M14E8 from HLK for RM380. Best price so far I could find...
