I want to buy KDK fan, which shop offer cheaper? TopTen or House Lighting?

Do you guys know that, Panasonic and KDK fans are actually the same and manufacture in the same factory ?

Just want to make clear for every consumer and give the convenience to all the seller or supplier. Because most of the buyer will choose KDK rather than Panasonic. so whenever there is temporary no stock for KDK fans, you(dear customer) can choose Panasonic as well:)

Yup, the price are reasonable. U need to check both, sometimes TopTen cheaper than House Lighting and vice versa. 

Not really, a bit far from Top Ten. U need to getto  LDP highway.

If you can reach Top Ten, it' ok already

The place is crowded with customer...u need to find salesman/salegirl which can guide/advice u about the price and function

Last time the National brand fan all can last more than 20 years one...lol

I'm confused..somewhere in d first few pages of this thread mentioned that d less fan blades means it moves faster thus more airflow;
but d last few pages here mentions that more blades means more air is pushed downwards;
cooling effect is important as I can save on air-conditioning lol,so shud I be searching for 3 bladed fan or 5 blades?
also,KDK fans are manufactured by Panasonic?

im using a kdk tht was installed like 5 years ago,veri good fan..but my relative who installed a panasonic fan last year sed d fan no good-started creaking ady wor..if kdk n pana samme factory then the quality shud be same rite...aih so kdk quality oso drop ady =(
thanks for d info.rpm is how fast d fan motor rotates rit,so higher rpm means more cooling effect?but wads capacity mean?

Capacity tab shows the air it produce at its highest RPM and its measured in cubic feet per minute (CFM)
Yup....that was "last time" right ? but now i doubt such quality still exist in market.......not just ceiling fans, now most of the home appliances won't last that long already. So those manufacturer could earn more money from consumer again. How could they survive if all their products last so long ?

I bought around 5 Units of Panasonic ceiling fans last year and 3 of them started to creak after one year.
I have one unit of KDK but the remote died on me after probably 3 or 4 years.

Fan I will go for kdk/Panasonic

I believe the rubine and pensonic is not cheap far away from those quality fan. 5 out of 11 fan spoil is really very bad quality.

That is really money lost for paying cheap.

I m using KDK 5blade with remote over 1yrs now. So far so good. This all recommend from here.

My parent house using KDK 3blade for over 20yrs! The regulator type. See the fan also boring liau.

KDK K14Y9 5 blade for rm255. Brought it last yrs oct. So I just use for 10mth. Don't take my word first. Let me use 2yrs no problem than you can consider it.
