My electrician just installed 3 panasonic bayu5 and 3 alpha ceiling fans. 2 of the panasonic has "dancing" issues and needs rebalancing. All my Alphas are spinning smoothly. Cant comment on the remotes' durability yet. So far, Alpha bt Panasonic 3-1.

How's Panasonic's customer service when dealing with the wobbly spins btw?
