My KDK fan didn't come with balancing kit, I've contacted KDK for warranty claim. Great to know if a fan is not covered under warranty

Any one can advise, for the living hall and dining area (please see layout below), is it sufficient to install 1 ceiling fan (KDK Sensa 4), or do i need to install 2?

I will install an AC as well, but most of the time i will use fan (not a fan of AC )

Would think at least 2 is required as the space is quite big. 1 fan won;t be enough. Personally will choose Option 2, if ceiling fan is not an issue to be installed (e.g. sufficient ceiling height). Wall fan normally for small area or when ceiling height insufficient.

Option 2, quite same as my house layout

I really love when people here give input/opinion based on technical view. I actually dont prefer wall fan, with your comment and the other one, I will go with Option 2 but maybe with smaller size ceiling fan for dining area. Thank you! 🥹

I wish to ask some questions regarding fan slow after sometime. I aware of this mostly cause by capacitor issue.

I move in my house on 2020, during that time total fan i purchase is 7pcs. (3 from Panasonic, 3 from KDK and 1 from Rubine) All is AC motor fan. Now the Rubine already moving very slow while other 6pcs still good.

I wish to ask
1) It is Panasonic and KDK fan don't have this capacitor issue? or it will still happen only it can last longer.
2) Nowadays many ceiling fan with DC motor also is affordable price. Does DC motor fan also will having this capacitor issue? Because as i know DC motor not require capacitor anymore? But DC motor fan will have any other drawback compare AC motor fan?
