I'm looking for a device to enable me watching TV & play PS2 on my benq 21.5 inch LCD without turn ON my desktop.

if these LCD TV BOX connected to my LCD monitor via VGA port, how do my pc to be connect to the LCD monitor? Any special cable? My cpu only got 1 VGA port
