Hello!

Didn't know such a thread existed :-O
Anyway someone here was asking if you could play MegaCD PAL/JPN games on a US CDX, you can but you need a Pro Datels Pro CDX adapter, there were 2 types, one for a model one genesis and one for the model 2, I am using a model 2 on a US CDX, so far it works on most PAL/JPN imports, I bought this to play Keio Flying Squadron (JPN) cheapest version out there, lol, but fortunately managed to score a mint complete US copy for next to nothing.

Regarding the game genie I think you need to enter codes, I personally use the Super Mega Key with the dip switches so I can change between PAL/US/JPN games.
Works on my Sega Nomad too.

Just started collecting Shin Megami games, one more, just one more to go, PS1 Persona 2 Eternal Punishment rclxm9.gif

I wouldn't mind collecting used copies but the price for sealed copies don't make much difference so I opted for the latter. Only Persona 2 wold be used smile.gif

Ahh cool, didn't know sealed and opened copies of Devil Summoner are the same vmad.gif
Luckily I still have mine sealed, Persona 2 hmmm I think I still have that game sealed as well, have to check, my opened copy is at my parents house as I was a gaming whore back then x-p

Nowadays I have zero time for games, cry.gif
Really miss the old days......

If you playing Ogre Battle its available on psx , also try and get Tactics Ogre as well, if you are crazy about strategy RPG (Fire Emblem) you must try these games. If you have a Sega Saturn try Dragon Force, you will either LOVE it or HATE it, if you are jump on the 'luv' wagon they is no other strategy rpg that will ever come close , even Final fantasy tactics lose's out to this excellent game.

Tales of Destiny 1 PSX used for RM300 is a very good price already, please research first lah bro, if a BRAND new factory sealed one, for RM300.00 I will pay cash for 10 copies. It's worth its weight in gold most US RPG's if you have sealed copies, sell near X-mas and double/triple your moneys worth.

I played the games in chronological order if thats helps lol.
If you don't have access to Persona series, you can play the series in order after the Persona series. Is it important..... to me it didn't make that much of a difference, but IF you are going to get the whole series, I am assuming you are just missing Persona 2, you can either opt to give it a miss, or wait till your purchase and play the whole series in one go.. ( you may clock at least 200 hours or more, x-p).

Dunno if Persona 2 is worth your while, cash wise, but if you look at it from a investor's point of view, you would have the whole series, anytime you want to move it, ebay, amazon would be your best option, I don't think you would appreciate lowball offers locally (no offense people)on the time and effort you spent acquiring this excellent series. At least you could say you have completed the whole series, if the series left you slightly disappointed sell whenever you would like, but if you liked the series like I did, just keep in collection for bragging rights, no harm ,no foul.

You can try Shadow Hearts as well, its a bit old, well Koudelka (psx) started it off...this particular series for me was definitely worth playing. This is just a merely a suggestion, please use goggle to research the series as it may not appeal to you.
