Just to share with you guys that Citibank is partnering with Borderlinx, a company who acts as a warehouse/delivery agent. It provides you a US shipping address where you can send all your ebay items to. When you are done, request them to ship it back to you. You need a Citibank credit card to sign up for this service.

You are charged on the delivery cost, which starts from ~RM85 (I believe this is the minimum).

I recently shipped back a whole bunch of things (including those in the pics I attached, plus some of my wife's things). Total weight was 7.5kg and the shipping cost plus some tax (tax calculated and paid in advance) was RM312.

I did some calculation and the cost of delivering one game is ~RM12 (non-gaming items were much heavier in this delivery). Of course, this does not include the cost of the game being shipped from the seller to Borderlinx warehouse, which is normally USD4.

I can't really tell whether there is any savings at all, because I had games delivered directly to me from sellers at USD6. The benefit is that you get to buy some of the cheap items where the seller does not ship outside US.

There are disadvantages as well, such as you have to accumulate a few items before shipping them back, which means you have to wait. And I did face an issue with a missing item (just reported and Borderlinx is still investigating). Also they will open your package when they receive it, you may not like the idea.

Anyway, its just a sharing for those who may be interested to try it out.
