Recently i had this problem of not being able to sync my iphone to my pc. imagine that, it had become a semi-brick, ( nice to use but cant sync music or videos through)

so i

i learnt the hard way,

i tried itunes 7.4 all the way up to 7.7... to no avail....searched up and down google and i came for to learn some of the tricks...

1) Open up the Add Remove Programs - Remove Itunes and all Itunes related programs, i.e Apple Mobile Support Device,
2) Open Task Manager - Delete all Itunes/Apple related programmes.
3) Open Program Files/Itunes - Delete Everything there.
4) Open C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxx\My Documents\My Music\iTunes - delete this too
5) Switch off your iphone Wifi - x sure how it adds up but hey, we're desperate here.
6) Restart your Iphone - hold the top button for a few seconds and slide the bar to switch off. then turn it on again
7) Restart your Iphone again- This time hold the top and the Home button and wait for phone to restart. it may seem redundant but hey it works on my experience.

8)Download and Open up Itunes 7.7
9) Sync

Zero problems on a Mac, but good to know there are ways to solve this on a PC. Great find!
