Anyone got suggestions of how to cure dandruff problem? It all started when i started to use the wrong Shampoo.
Then later i tried to switch back to my old shampoo but the dandruff problem did not go away. I tried an anti dandruff shampoo ( Dove & Sunsilk) but still did not work. Now even try to use Selsun Blue, but problem still there. HELP!

i found a solution. i pay a visit to hair salon for sculp treatment.. then in a week time,it gone. i will use head&shoulder once a week; normal days i use loreal vitamino. hair consultant said stress one of the issue, second, sleep late. true, i begin to bed 1030pm again. haha

Could Be...I've been sleeping very late and wake early now a days.... Should get enogh sleep from now on. Wow..seems Head and shoulders is better than Selsun. Should have tried that before i buy the selsun. So Stinky somore! sad.gif
Thanks for the tip!

try scalp treatment / shampoo.  what everybody usually do not notice is that our scalp needs different treatment than our hair.

Getting my hair trimmed soon. Maybe will consult the hair stylist about scalp treatment. Thanks for the tip!

Try a prescription shampoo called Nizoral.

Very effective if the instructions are followed carefully
