This NOOB wants to know how to update to Firmware 2.0.x so that he gets AppStore on his iPhone. Problem is, he's thinking that he can simply download AppStore as an app! How is that!?

And this is why, ladies and gentlemen, why a lot of blown fuses happen in the iPhone section. Please take note, especially to those whiners.

i dun understand wat u mean.
nw my problem is when i bought my iphone,its already been unlock...
until nw when i search on apple webite then oli i notice tat there is a application called "App Store" which is used for download application...
but inside my fon there is no such icon...
so i was wonder where can i download it back... thx for help...

Appstore icon only will be available in firmware 2.0.1. If you're on fw 1.1.4, you will not have it till u upgrade to fw 2.0.1
