there are less chinese food inside semenyih town. If u want to find chinese food, u may try to go further down the road (pass by the mosque, schools and all), then turn left. they are a couple of chinese restaurants there.

Added on September 29, 2009, 9:53 pmalternatively, one of the better restaurants would be restaurant 52. You need turn right at the veterinary clinic (opposite the mosque). This restaurant is probably the more successful one in semenyih. Although it sounds the same as 69, but it is definitely not the same as 69 la... haha.

I got question regarding ptptn loan, do we need to go through the uni office in applying the loan? I applied online and my father does not have pay slip as he's doing his own business, so I need some clarification here.

I thought there is an officer specially assigned to handle ptptn loan for students? The office was in Admin block. Maybe now have to DIY already? shocking.gif

hahaa.. 69 food sucks... IMO lar.. but tats da only chinese restaurant i can find in semenyih.. din know 52 exist.. might look for it later i guess..

I haven't been to 69 (food court) since they changed the name from Multichoice to 69. I dislike that place but my friends like to go, dunno what is wrong with them. LOL. that place seems dark and dirty? 52's location is not so nice since it is not along the main road. But the restaurant is very often full and sometimes you can't even get a table.

Yea, u guys may try the restaurants in broga. They are plenty of them. I personally dislike Jxx Xiang.

I see, thanks for the reply. I will try have a look over there. Everyday mamak is not a solution, else need to cook myself sweat.gif . However, for 69 isn't it they open for morning and afternoon only? When evening I saw them all closed one. Is that the same situation for 52? I think Semenyih people like to sleep earlier because no night life shakehead.gif . Sleep after 8pm rclxub.gif

yeap, 69 is opened for lunch only. 52 is opened for dinner (normal chinese foods) and morning they serve dim sum (not so sure about dim sum now coz i haven't been there for dim sum for a long time, but i think they still serve dim sum la now, business ma wink.gif )

if u got nothing to do at nite, can go jusco cheras selatan (or we call it balakong) to watch a movie lo (TGV) or sing K (Greenbox). if can go further, then go KL la biggrin.gif

i think brogla is not bad... but I had a bad experience 2 year back where we saw a lot of ppl in the restaurant. Then we asked the boss how long we need to wait. He told us less than 30 mins, but we ended waiting for 1.30 hours. we stopped going there for a while.
