I kinda like Amax.
but very disapointed with Amax issue in this 4 days.
this is the 4th day that Taman Kinrara area under maintainance. I can't be able to access the internet for this few days.
is that possible to ask for a rebate?
I've already made calls to telephone service to report the matter. however, they sounds like not sure whether there's a rebate for the failure of service for this few days.

the 3-4 months upgrade is really a big problem.
I used to be very satisfy with the service. but I can't live without internet access at home.
tried to appy for streamyx but they need time to install cable at my new area.
As a backup, I've just applied for digi broadband a couple of days ago. Not satisfy as it's not really running at satisfying speed. it's not stable at all like amax did.

sigh.... shall I use digi bb for the time being or I should just terminate it and wait for the TM guys to install phone cable before I can get streamyx as replacement?

when I've encountered the issue with internet connection for Amax. I faced big issue with project submission from home. had a hard time getting my files submitted and had massive trouble delivering files to another location for upload.

it used to be a great service provider. sad to hear that they are not doing so well right now.

I would be interested to know WTF happened for the past few months? why do we have to suffer?

is that important to return it?
