I wasnt very proud to show this... unsure.gif

I am very happy using amax for the last 2 months.. connection stable.. speed always nearly download almost 1 mb ... can totally forget about "reconnect" or "refresh"...

Never thought the day would come so fast.. (Was expecting at least a year b4 the Amax starts showing signs of Screamyx or Sialcom) .this has carry on for 3 days now...

Please not make this a common routing..... I hope this is due to some "UPGRADING" in progress and not some "overloaded" with users thing...

What's your location, clivengu? I experienced the same when I was within my first week trialling AMAX. It went OK on the last day and I have decided to stick with it since. Have you tried other servers overseas?

This is mine just this minute:

My signal is good.. But Youtube speed still as slow as hell.. need to load double d time of the length of the video... why has it not been solved ever since i apply 5 months ago?

But nvrtheless.. downloading speed with no cap at night is good.. Just that surfing net can be irritating when Most of the time i need to "refresh" my pages as it very frequently "jam" n d page no respond.. same with Facebook post.

the 3-4 months upgrade is really a big problem.
I used to be very satisfy with the service. but I can't live without internet access at home.
tried to appy for streamyx but they need time to install cable at my new area.
As a backup, I've just applied for digi broadband a couple of days ago. Not satisfy as it's not really running at satisfying speed. it's not stable at all like amax did.

sigh.... shall I use digi bb for the time being or I should just terminate it and wait for the TM guys to install phone cable before I can get streamyx as replacement?

So sad.. sad.gif  call amax this afternoon, they said at this moment they stop new registration for atleast 3-4month!!!!
So no choice i hv to try P1 wimax after this, streamyx my area no fixed line, maxis tried b4 but FUP very limited, celcom sucks!!  rclxub.gif

I think all areas. Which is why they are letting people terminate even within contract period. I was told it's going to be a major 'network reengineering' exercise.

Today I called Amax for the whole afternoon but no one pickup... until finally Someone answering my call.. I want to check what is going on with my internet cannot be used for more than 24 hours already!

Then I just informed they r undergoing somekind of major upgrading?? donno exactly what it is.. and we are allowed to terminate our contract or choose to hold until further notice.. WTF WTF WTF!!!!

From what i see, i interpret it as... is like AMAX IS BANKRUPTING! OFFICE CLOSE DOWN!

If they are seriously want to continue their services.. im sure they should keep the old customer.. at least to offer something ... such as AT LEAST give us a time when they will resume their services!

Im really disappointing... from start i have been supporting Amax.. Knowing that they are kinda new and less wellknown compare to p1 wimax... but as long as they provide stable connection.. im happy with it.. So far... I think the connection is fine.. with the best thing is unlimited data.. No capping .. and No blocking for Rapidshare account download etc. although Fb & Youtube r slow.. but im able to live with it.

Now they really wanna get rid of their loyal customer.... so sad...

I guess this is Goodbye... you know these days we cant live without internet... Luckily i can still temporary using my digi 3g connection from my hp... until i found the right isp.. which is so hard .... what other option I have? do I have to go back to screamyx?
