I see some coverage expansion for now since Taman Connaught is already covered. However, the pace of expansion is quite slow. By the way, Amax still doesn't have any Fair Usage Policy for now right?

QUOTE(9M-MAS @ Apr 11 2010, 10:01 PM) I think all areas. Which is why they are letting people terminate even within contract period. I was told it's going to be a major 'network reengineering' exercise. That's bad, thought to give them a try but only found out about this when I read this topic. So anyone knows roughly when will they be opening up their registrations again? |

QUOTE(lamepug @ Apr 12 2010, 07:14 PM) i estimated 6 to 8 months for them to stable the connection after their system upgrade & at the same time monitor their new pricing. hope it's goes cheaper. The pricing will most probably be lower but how much lower will not be known (I'd say probably around RM10 lower) just to make pricing a little more competitive especially when TM just rolled out their UniFi service. |

QUOTE(jonathan5585 @ Apr 13 2010, 10:33 PM) So are you able to hit 2mbps consistently? If yes then I guess Amax is still worth a try for most people living within coverage as Amax is something like U-Mobile and TIME Webbit whereby the connection is good as they don't oversell their service when they cannot cope. |

Since it is rumored that the upgrading is done, any noticeable changes (whether it is good or bad)?

Their website went down and apparently customer service cannot be reached as well. I wonder if this is the end of AMAX?

QUOTE(najibest @ May 25 2010, 10:09 PM) just go ahead and report to skmm guys...this is extremely unprofessional for AMAX to handle the situation like this, leaving all their customers in the dark.... This is seriously quite an issue for now, apparently MCMC has yet to receive any updates from AMAX so if I'm not mistaken nobody knows anything on the current situation. |

Seems like the website is back online. By the way, how's the service at the moment for all you AMAX users?
