was outstation today, Shah Alam user reported the same symtom of low bandwidth and I'll be going to Shah Alam tomorrow to check it out~

just got sick this 'morning' woke up around 1:30pm, a technician is helping me these few days with the customers and testing

a technician of mine tested at Sri Petaling with CINR 22 and getting the same damn thing... 0.4Mbps~ CPE isn't out of this problem~

one explanation could be disconnection or fast changing of IP address that causes low bandwidth though I'll have to at least get better to do further tests~ I am putting 19th Nov before asking for an audience with Amax officially to clear this matter and if that doesn't work, I will go to MCMC~ coz the problem started in 19th Oct as far as I can trace back~

been really no customers when the Amax bandwidth was low~ please give Amax a feedback on bandwidth if you receive call from Amax coz feedback to them will certainly be valuable information for them and benefit to us in the end~

Last time I checked was last night and minutes ago, the connection is fast again in Sri Petaling, I hope it's not just this weekend~ no update from Amax technical or sales on this~

maybe they actually take note of the problem but isn't able to solve all places at once~ I hope they do come up and at least tell us something, whether it's congestion or an Amax issue~ just knowing would be of very great importance~

everyone should have their own username and passwords, all dealer passwords are temporary and deleted from the system~

wired is always better than wireless~ if u're using Jaring wireless and happy with it, don't switch~

rapidshare cannot be accessed but from what I tested, I am able to download more than 10 files from other sharing portals like hotfile, MU, etc.

only problem is rapidshare and easy-share~

this is Wimax technology's weakness~ in conclusion, it's pooling of bandwidth for streamyx and wimax technology~ if u use business package, u get dedicated IP~

I think ISP have the freedom to determine whether they want to 'maintain' IP dynamically for users or not~ Huawei don't have any authority in this section in my opinion, I am not aware of how much more influence Huawei has though~

no wireless can play online games~

oh ic~ i used to play dota and maplestory, when it's over ping of 30ms, maplestory is not playable~ 80ms is average ping for all wireless~ ping for Streamyx wired is 15 - 30 while Streamyx wireless is average at 50~

the experience will be totally different, mine is lv16x helmed and necklaced early this year~ dota cannot deny creeps beyond that ping~

only 1 conclusion, u're pro~

there are 4 new base stations in Puchong and Sunway area, I am planning roadshow and demo, will concentrate to investigate the new areas for now~
