IP Filter?, can't download demo

I'm new to live.
Tried to download ninja gaiden 2 demo off Sg server, it said my current location can't download.  Changed to US and Japan server using different tag, same message... All tags are above 18years old and with the free 1-month gold trial. Malaysian IP blocked from accessing/downloading certain contents? |

don't even try it nothing works change the locale,or whatever but it won't work the best thing is to buy the gaiden demo disc if any one knows how please help
