Yesterday I bought the latest Renoma handbag. The girl that was attending to me mentioned that if after several days I found that there are some scratches or whatever problems, I cannot send it for "repairs". She said that ONLY Renoma doesn't have this sort of after sales service like the rest of designer brands, such as LV or Braun Bussel.
Is this true? Why the discrimation?
