Divx7 official launch already with support for mkv file, so any ideal when PS3 new firmware will be release??

PIP support is mandatory since Bluray profile 1.1. i personally dont have any pip-featured bd movies atm to test it for you.

There are reports that Firmware 2.6 is actually bricking PS3s at the moment.... which is weird because not one on this board has complaint about it yet.

But if those reports are cited to be true, your PS3 system could be bricked. Do a factory reset first by holding down the power button right up to 10 seconds.

They're called refurb lens. All blu-ray lens are manufactured in its highest quality possible(sure there are defects), but refurbed PS3s which has worn out lens will often be changed onto new systems without local warranty. The new lens then goes to the technicians, who will then charge for your "new" PS3 when the lens is dead.

Guys, just wanted to ask. I was playing LBP just now when it suddenly switch off by itself and there's red light keep on blinking. When I tried to switch it off and on again, it still blink and 3 beep. Is there something wrong with the PS3?
