I have a newbie question, can we have more than one PSN ID?

i tried but I can't log in with another email address. FYI, my PS3 is the 80GB SG set.

I've a few newbie questions, and my ps3 is a SG 80gb set.

1. I can't seems to be able to have more than one PSN account. If I tried to log in using another account, it will prompt "you cannot log on using another person's account". I tried to use another user to log on to PS3 but I it does not have the option for me to create another PSN logon. Please tell me what can I do.

2. I cannot download any patch but I have no problem downloading firmware update. Why is that so ah?

If I want to play multiplayer games, how do I do it? It is like PC games, where someone will host and the rest will join? or it is like a arena where I am freely to join or host games?

currently my PSN id is in US, but my games are Region 3.

umm..how do I play multiplayer network games? Coz I notice everytime I start my game, I will automatically sign off PSN.

Also, when I choose the multiplier option, I can seems to be able to download the update patch.

I have an SG set, with US PSN acct. Is this caused by the region problem?

battlefield bad company gold edition.

If my game is R3, does that mean my acct also have to in R3?
