Bro, it's not meant to be opened.
The Asian PS3s do not have card reader slots. |

Alright... Been asking around in other threads about surround sound solutions and I've come down to a Logitech Z-5500 with optical input for 5.1 surround sound. But it costs RM 1499, which is way above my budget (about RM 600).
I would like good sound quality but I also realize the price matches the merchandise. So what's the best value-for-money solution to get full surround sound (precise model and estimated price)? What's a Home Theatre in a Box? A product or something? How much would one cost? Thanks in advance. |

QUOTE(shahreza2000 @ Dec 18 2008, 12:01 AM) You can update using the update PS3 using USB thumbdrive (download thru PC, its fast) totally noob question..i never update my machine due to unavailable internet connection..1. Download PS3 update from PS website or here http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...933&hl=firmware (thx ninja for links, he's the best) (Firmware 2.53) 130MB+ ... always check firmware news at Play B3yond Community Thread... 2. In USB drive, create folder (CAPITALISED name folder) called PS3. Then inside PS3 folder, create a folder UPDATE... put file PS3UPDAT.PUP there 3. Put ur USB drive into PS3, then go to Select Settings > System Update > Update via Storage Media 4. Just follow the procedures... then its done. You can check system version information by selecting Settings > System settings > System Information. if i wanna update, can i straight away update the latest frimware i.e 2.54? |
