If you use PS3 as your bd player then the amp will not make any difference because PS3 cannot bit stream DTS HD and Dolby ThruHD. PS3 can only decode internally and send out LPCM signal. So even if you get an amp with internal DTS HD and Dolby ThruHD decoder, you will not be able to use it.
