i'll be getting an iphone in a few days time. from the reviews that i get here, it seems digi's network isn't very good.. always no line wan? liddat when i get my iphone habis la.. cos im a digi subscriber

Now i have a question. about the map apps that is in iphone, i've been wondering whether does it actually work in malaysia? =D hahaha can i actually go search for eg. nearest pizza hut, mcd etc and it will be detected? that'd be cool!

neekun, did u have to copy ur contacts 1 by 1 to ur iphone, or when u insert the sim card, the contacts in ur sim card would automatically be transferred to ur iphone as well?

but what if i dun have any back ups and once when i insert my sim card, will the contacts automatically be in my iphone as well? xD

is it true that i have to activate my iphone from WHERE i buy it? cos i'll be asking my friend in NZ to buy back an iphone for me. does he need to activate for me in NZ via itunes or i can activate myself here in msia? since iphone is not officially launched in msia, u don't want Apple US to find u activating in msia since it hasn't been launched here yet.

am i right? xD
