I've got an antique canon bjc 1000sp.. still can print but the print came out a lil bit misaligned. I suspect there are some screw/belt loose (mechanical fault). But if i tilt the printer at 45 degree angle abit, the print came out ok.

hi i have a canon pixma ip3000
one day it won't detect my colour ink
so i used this resetter software called generaltool
but the software hangs and the nightmare begins
i think it may have caused damage to my printer eeprom
coz now when i connect my printer to my comp it won't detect the printer correctly
it's detected as an unknown device with the name canonip_3000
and the print head is hot too even the glue on the print head is melting

is there a way to fix this or is my printer gone forever???

THe usb port connection on the printer fell off. This happen cause when i try to pull out the usb cable, i ter-pulled out together with the usb connect head.
