I have visited to one hair salon recently to have my hair cut. The hair stylist has cut my hair until quite short and layered without getting my permission although I have already informed him that I would like to keep my hair longer (until breast) for hair perm. (my hair is until shoulder length previously and now it is above shoulder length and it is very little (coz too layered))

I am thinking that maybe hair perm can help?
Can anyone recommend me the best hair salon for japanese perm? or any solutions?

i had rebonding previously but not very satisfied as i have curly hair and it looks very ugly when my hair grows long. would like to try perming my hair instead.

anyone can suggest which hair saloon that gives great makeover. that would be very helpful!
