i m moving to singapore next month, 2 questions need help:

1) do we need to pay headhunter if we get a job through them? if yes, how many percent?

2) do we need to pay commision to house agent if we rent a room or a house through them? if yes, hw much? in malaysia usually oni house owners pay commision right? but seems like this doesn't apply in sg....
