I am not sure whether this is the right place to ask or not.

My father used to work in Singapore when he was in his twenties, and now he is already 55 years old which means he can withdraw his EPF already.

He is a Malaysian citizen without Singapore PR.

What is the way to withdraw the EPF? Thanks a lot for the help guys..
