No. Overseas income is not subjected to tax here in Malaysia. But i believe you will have to declare it to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) but you will NOT be charged a cent.If personal income tax has already been paid in Spore, do we still need to pay or declare in Msia? Thanks.
