If the shot was done locally, how come the number plate is not local?

As for replica kits, they are not allowed to be used locally as there are some policies forbidding them from coming in. Think Proton.

Well, AFAIK, Proton is related to the big G, and therefore, it does not allow replica of cars to be brought in (officially, anyway). Well, imagine if replica kits were readily available locally.
