Anybody know where I can find good *adult* classes for Karate? Most classes I see nowadays are for kids.

I've learned ShitoRyu Karate before many many years ago while in uni up till brown, and want to continue, and don't mind starting over again.
Any styles of Karate would be fine by me.

I'm around Damansara Utama/Perdana area.

Or any other good forms of martial arts to recommend? Don't mind wing chun, but I'm a bit of a banana
