hey, had anyone tried the krav maga training at muay fit centre?
any feedback?
i'm kindda interested but worried it might end up being juz another training of basic movements mainly focused on health & slimming purposes only...
been "conned" once into attending a MMA training in 1 of the local gym & end up it's juz about getting fit...
which was attended mostly by so-called "classy" ladies & sissy wanna-be martial artists...
really looking for real krav maga training focused primarily on combat & survival like my current karate training...
