if I dun have any martial arts training before, can I enrol to learn Wing Chun ? Is it gonna be tough ?

hi all,
I don't have any martial art training before and I don't know read chinese. I'm chinese and in my early 30s. I'm interested with chinese martial arts and plan to join a class. hi may i know if the classes are taught in chinese mandarin, cantonese or other language ?
