Our instructor is Instrutora Lilica Vargas who has a total of 14 years of experience with ECZC (Escola Cultural Zungu Capoeira) and she hails all the way from Brazil. Even if you are not interested in Capoeira, we have other Brazilian cultural classes that you can join like Samba, Afro-Brazilian dance, Brazilian Sculpt, Forro, Gafiera, and many more!

On another note, we have an event scheduled for Capoeira this month!


ZUNGU Malaysia is proud to present a 2-day workshop with our capoeira father, Professor Cacá! Prof. Cacá and a team of alunos graduados will be flying in from Brazil to teach us more on the art of Capoeira as well as Brazilian culture, which includes percussion, music, songs and dance to name just a few.

The itinerary for the workshop is as follows:
Day 1 (23rd April 2011)
15:00 - 17:00 - Workshop of Capoeira Angola & Roda de Angola
17:00 - 18:00 - Cultural Workshop (Jongo and Ciranda)

Day 2 (24th April 2011)
15:00 -17:00 - Workshop of Capoeira Regional (Benguela) & Roda
