Hey, just a survey. Let's say you've changed new handphone, or you're a handphones freak yourself and keep changing handphones. What about those old handphones? Would you keep them or sell them away?

You all won't even think of using back those phones? You know to interchange phones so it won't be so boring using the same phone over and over again...

my dad is my recycle bin..he wil use da old 1 wen i got a new 1..haha...

Keep if the selling price is too low. For example my K800, worth 1k when I bought it, but it's just like rm400 or lower if I were to sell the one year old unit. Might as well as keep it.

2) Lg - 1st ever phone i bought, slip, gave my mom
3) Nokia 3200 - durable, mom still using it after LG keypad spoilt
4) Samsung - haha, i spoilt the camera... derma to someone..
5) Motorola - was it great music phone.. gave bro, his one spoilt
6) Voxtel - Bro bought fo me from Russia, small, and russian..
7) NEC - my 1st 3G phone, got from ebay
8) k750i - got it after my friend spoil my k750i
9) k530i - k750i finally spoilt, in rain...
10) O2 atom exec --> bored of normal phone.. decide use pda phone

What's next? Donno, now very satisfied with my O2, so special, coz at the same time i bought it, my bro bough HP Ipaq rw6828, looks exactly the same, like, we got deal like that, hehe.

So, phone to me is like an item for memory with famiy

yours all spoil? None of my phone spoiled till dead. Always minor damage

so lucky you, haha.. ya, spoilt... like dead type of spoilt. So got lots of experience to not spoil phone liao.

u try calculate u buy RM 1k u sell RM 300 tats is a total lost somemore the shop buy low and he sell high . Its a 90% lost to you.

If you know how to think its not worth it to trade in to the shop at all

depends, if its a boring phone, trade in of course

trade in if still got value, save if no value like rm50 trade in, better keep it.

let say u bought it for 2k. if u don't trade it the value still remain 2k . so unless im really out of $$ or else i will juz keep it .

i sold my old hp nokia 6288 to get my new hp 3120 classic.

while i still got my old nokia black n white hp which i donated to my sis coz her hp spoilt.

I also use to trade in,cause can cover a bit the price fee for new handphone i buy soon lo....

Its a sign that u are buying a phone u cant afford. If you afford then trade it is not worth at all. You benefiting SHOP you trade in they so happy.

Give u discount RM 10 or 30 they sell the phone and make back RM50-100 or more

depends on how old is the phone and the market price, for me, my old hp is 3310 , dont think its worth at the market, so i keep it

based on my opinion, if de phone is too low value, u can keep it as spare or use it as 2nd phone.. coz if u sell it, nxt time if u nid any spare or temporary phone to use, its hard to find at cheap price.. n if u scared it will spoil, take out de battery whenever u wan to keep it so tat de liquid in de battery will nt leak..

Woah! U're loyal just like my friend. She has used her Nokia 8250 for almost 6 year until one year ago she finally changed to S.E because the phone died off. I guess she wouldn't even considering changing phone if the phone didn't die off. She even felt so sad to part with her old phone...

so...what is the "current" status of your phone?...

got few friends...prefer to maintain with what they have than "investing" for new phone...phone for them is just messaging and calling/receiving calls...

ermm...well i proceeded to buy it and ended up having the v3i as a spare phone. geez.... sigh.... what to do.... that v3i is already about 3 years old with a less than one month old new battery.

seems that your v3i works better than c902?...

I read your c902 problem also. I don't know what comment about because I have just bought a new S.E phone like yesterday, but not as high end as you though, mine is w350i. So far I haven't got similar problems yet. As for the photos, I don't use my phone to take cameras, so I am not sure yet.
Maybe you can pass down your phone.

yeah, the phone still in working condition ... thats y didnt have any intention to buy new phone, latest phone sometime too complicated for me

Her phone she uses now is passed down by my brother.. So, the phone is around 3 years old now.
Because my brother is someone who doesn't take care of the phone well, the phone's cover really looks really bad.

If buy new phone, I used to keep old ones. Then I noticed, I have too many unused and unwanted phones that are lying around taking up space. So, I say, SELL before its too late!! ^^

Most of my phones last for months, only one though lasted for one month though, N95. I feel very pressured carrying such expensive phone around, like I need to take extra care of it, and most of the time i only use it to message and call, so I sold that off.

Well, most of my buyers always told me this though..
"I have never seen anyone who takes care of their phones so well.."
So I am really proud of that..=P!

I don't know why I was so mesmerized by k700i. I remember rushing to buy it on the day it was launched. Had to beg my dad like mad too..xD
