My friend has been asking me to play this since last few weeks but just now i try it because room based mmo hate wifi router user or maybe it's just me ;_;

So i try the game. Remind me of GunZ, but i got to say GunZ have better move but if you looking for something new you might like this. The background music is awesome. It's not that bad i guess.

the link u post is in english version right? wonder where is the server, if US server then i scare it will be very lag.

It's europe server. Thats the only english server for the moment.

the rail gun very good for sniping, 1 full power shot can take about 3/4 hp from the enemy

sometimes the situation is too chaos that we dont know how we die also.

most of the room r very lag and the ping indicator dont know how to see it, blue better or green better??

many lagger in room, cant even kill them even i get all shot in their head.

i shoot like mad during TDs so I don't care much lol XD

that's the main problem, i hate it when we can only see our teammates moving while all opponents having the 'red ping' icon above their heads

Always aim for blue ping bar room. You'll only encounter like 2 or 3 laggers in this room.

really hope they can have a SEA version of this game, although the user interface r not very frendly, but it is nice to ply.

go to free channels, there's another few maps to play there

1 thing i like about the expiry time in s4 is that the time won't deduct if you offline or idle inside the lobby. Only count when you in battle.

did so, but this Counter Sword is harder to control (it's just me i think?) while it kills more easily than plasma sword do

Oh ya, don't forget to get Mind Shock weapon because it can damage laggers

about the Mind Shock, I just bought the 5-hour one but leaving it as it is since I'm not good at support/close combat

it's an 'OUCH' to repair clothes with stats like Shooting Defense + 5 (costs around 4k+ PEN when durability drops under 50%)

but all that can be regained from playing TD rooms
and I find that without proper aiming, SMG still pwns Revolver in 1 on 1 battles
(i guess it's just me, my aiming is horrible, should have replaced that with a sword instead since somehow close range weapons are overpowered..)

btw, sniperz..... have you solved the Gameguard-like thingy problem yet?

- I don't have any clue when you and ur fella friends were online

- also which Channel that you guys commonly connect to

- i don't play much during Mons and Thurs, had to attend classes

- my habit of randomly logging in and out when I felt like it...

it's so easy to pawned ppl in s4 .....
i always use jump dodge also .... side dodge the bullet will fly to side

...*sighs*
I guess it's just me which sucks in dodging

1 noob question. How do I know how lag i am in the game?

If you see someone with red icon above his head during battle that's mean both of you lag each other. Just press tab during battle and see your opponent ping bar. If most of em is green,yellow and red you better leave the room because you're just wasting time lol.

Unless you want to spam Mind Shock for the whole game which is extremely boring lol.

lol. I still playing (still noob level ), and thanks to screamyx PMS these days, I always kena scold lagger. Usually i only play about 2-3 match/night. Quite hard to find blue ping room.

I'm still playing but after the update...the lag is just too horrible and the PEN compensation is too little. If you want, you can add me lockonx(old account) and Venetia(new account - level 1)

Patching and "trying" to play last night while waiting the maintenance period for my other games over.

The lag is worst than before. Entered all available rooms and all what i can see is the red sign on the other players head. (>Entered the room> press Tab> Press Escape> Click Leave ) My IGN is hellbound. Feel free to add me if you happen to see me in game.

it's kinda disappointing for Alaplayah to delay the update for another week and all we get is :
- 1 new map
- 1 new weapon
- More LAG!
- Sh-t alt. colour costumes that costs AP instead of PEN

and there is some bug on the mission too,one of the mission wants me to win 3rounds (any game i think)
i won quite a lot times but the mission is still 1/3

Wouldn't it be cool if the 'flag' looked like the Cubinet mascot?

I still do but recently something is preventing Asia and Aus from connecting to the server
(Stuck at Connecting screen)

just play for few hour then never been able to login since... great game. bad developers/host/provider.

yeah, my first account already cannot login anymore, send some message at the support no reply.

sigh.. played s4 league since open beta.. quite fun but hate the expired of the weps.. lo.... back in the old days open beta players will receive 5k per day. since its stop i hate to play ... but sometime play also.. but lazy to level...

Eh, the game doesn't really lag much.... only minor desyncs and not so noticeable distance lag (like u got hit from 2~3 metres with a melee weapon)
Unless the players 'teleport', I don't consider it lag.

This game is ownage , I was the OB player . I quit it because its hosted in Europe and its freakin laggy , of course -.-

They changed the netcode back in Patch 10~11 during last year I think, so there's rarely any players with the 'lag icon' now.....

does the lag disappear?? cuz its the reason i quit... other player keep ask me to dont play if i'm lag...(pretty much u can kill spree if u lag cuz they had hardtime killling you)

The lag doesn't not fully disappear.... but it's at least improved by a little.
I lag too (averaging from 120~160ms).... but if there's no one 'teleport lagging' to me or only having minor to almost zero desync lag while I play against them then it's fine.....

('Lag' only affects melee fights a lot... so if you're not the type of player that plays a lot of melee only rooms then it's ok, just don't desync lag a lot)

how to lower the lag then?

Just started to play last Saturday night only at CC. Currently Rookie 9
Is there anybody experienced game termination issue? Im not sure what caused this but i have try many suggestion around the S4 forums.

- Turning off Firewall / Add into Exception list
- Running as Admin / Compatibility Mode
- Login as mix Caps ID (ID not case sensitive)
- Reinstall client / using Client Copy
- Doing port-forward in Modem (NAT & IP Filter) for most of the involved ports.

This problems occur when i played at home. Not when in Cybercafe.. Dunno if its related to my Windows 7 OS (Cybercafe using XP). But i believed its only the connection matter.

Im clueless now, really wanna play at home but cant stand seeing those prompt message every 1 or 2 minutes "The connection to the game server has been terminated". It's looks like u're DC from the game but still can see people around u moving, shooting even the time still running. Only u cant do anything and forced to accept the termination process that directly quitting u from the game.

Any networking pro / quick fix has any1 know around here? Really appreciated. Thx
