Ya use cable ties & cable base to tie the cable ties to. If you use the tape, it will get sticky over time n it will be a mess.

Some casing is not possible to route the cable at the back of the Mobo tray as the clearance to the side panel is small. The side panel will not close after routing through the back

I have posted it in the coolermaster thread, but decided to also post it here.
Just to share what i did with the sleeving on the 24pin ATX. I had to do a double sleeving as if I only sleeve using the braided sleeving, it will not be completely black and the color of the cable will show through the sleeve. So i first sleeve it with black heatshrink sleeve, then only sleeve with braided sleeve. ![]() Start sleeve.A finish sleeved cable beside for comparison. ![]() First layer finished ![]() Second layer ![]() The other end |

This is the Finish cable management on my ATCS 840. I'm using Gigabyte odin GT 550W.
The wires will be a little stiffer, but i was using the more flexible type heatshrink(Japan). So it is still ok, and i was only sleeving the cable extension. ![]() Finish work ![]() All cable sleeved ![]() close up ![]() ![]() ![]() CCFL Inverter location 1 ![]() CCFL Inverter location 2 ![]() The messy part Feel free to comment. |
