yeah, flat black is the best color to be painted for internal case.
moreover u want to build a Uv interior, flat black is the best at it wont reflect ur light as it can kill the uv effects inside ur rig...

eerr....not just ace la.....actually lacquer IS the proper term for it...

clear spray is actually more of a street slang kinda thing
*
last time i went to hardware store to buy lacquer, i ask "Lao Pan, i want a can of lacquer". he just blink.gif doh.gif
then i said clear spray la... blush.gif maybe bcoz i the hardware store located at kampung, so normal people always use term clear spray... blush.gif

QUOTE(kazairol @ Sep 28 2008, 03:19 PM)
how long u take to do this?
*
few hours..cant remember la, maybe a couple of hours..

QUOTE(syahirax @ Sep 28 2008, 04:02 PM)
Does 3 layers enough to prevent the black from peel off?Ive sprayed mine before this but with 2 layers and it seems the black coated dissolved.sad.gif i guess im missing some steps
*
clean the casing, let if to be dried of for a day.
then spray the 1st thin layer, let it dried (around 30minutes).
and repeat the step for 2nd and 3rd layer....

and after that, let the paint dried for few days to make sure its really hardened before u put back ur hardwares inside.
the paint will continue to hardened untill a few weeks, maybe months.

some people will just eagerly put their hardwares inside b4 the paint really hardened, this for sure will peel the paint off. i put a side my casing for a week b4 i install all the hardwares inside. a bit busy actually, no time to play2 with my pc...tongue.gif

actually the important step is how u clean ur casing. i wash my casing with soap and brush.let it completely dried...

i've been doing cable management on many casing, mostly helping my friends. learn a lot, since diff casing got diff way on managing the cables, depends on the PSU used, hardwares and internal space...

Yup, but thanks to my big ass Tuniq tower 120, the mobo tray is rendered useless, as the heatsink will be stucked whenever i tried to slide out the tray.
*
lol...what a waste...what cooler definitely fitted to slide in and out??
TRUE or xigmatek maybe??
