From what I see, face the sata cable connections inwards instead of how u face it now. Your casing have a hole at the bottom. Re-route your sata cable over there and connect to your newly positioned hard disk. You'll need a longer sata cable though. If you want to have a nice cable management, you'll need to chop chop your casing.

QUOTE(dan137 @ Feb 23 2009, 06:02 PM) latest, after 1hour 30minutes job. hopefully this is my last cable management for this rig. I think if your IDE cable you paint it black or change it to black colour type, it'll look nicer since your whole casing interior almost all black.Previously. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Now. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Didn't pay attention to the paint job thing. PLZ READ PROPERLY... |

You mean you're looking for short CCFL such as 135mm types?

QUOTE(cstkl1 @ Mar 28 2009, 02:21 PM) dude as said by cstkl1, i've tried masking tapes before on my older alu casings and had no problems with sticky residue.having masking tape on windscreen which goes true hot/cold on malaysian climate is plain stupid.. masking tapes leaves no residue for alu casing.. been doing this a long time. and with me who change casing/hardware on sometimes monthly to yearly basis can atest to this. |

QUOTE(zerohunter @ Mar 29 2009, 12:16 PM) hi there. tis is my rig. pls advice on the cable management. thx. for starters, the harddisk should turn face the connection area inwards. For better reference, you can consider checking out sannielyk's cable management.[attachmentid=873573] [attachmentid=873574] [attachmentid=873575] |
