From what I see, face the sata cable connections inwards instead of how u face it now. Your casing have a hole at the bottom. Re-route your sata cable over there and connect to your newly positioned hard disk. You'll need a longer sata cable though. If you want to have a nice cable management, you'll need to chop chop your casing.

Thanks for the suggestion. Tested before but it looks worse than current cabling.

I think if your IDE cable you paint it black or change it to black colour type, it'll look nicer since your whole casing interior almost all black.

oh, i was only thinking that he was asking if that's an asus cpu cooler and asking us to correct him if he's wrong about the 'asus cpu cooler' not about the casing. Didn't pay attention to the paint job thing.

You mean you're looking for short CCFL such as 135mm types?

as said by cstkl1, i've tried masking tapes before on my older alu casings and had no problems with sticky residue.

I think just sticking the cable to the casing for easier management at the back is ok. But sleeving psu cables with masking tapes is a no-no

duct tape will leave sticky residue. seen it happen before on a pc. you wouldn't want to do that. best advice if you don't wan to open the psu do to the sleeving, use spiral sleeve to wrap.

for starters, the harddisk should turn face the connection area inwards. For better reference, you can consider checking out sannielyk's cable management.

the harddisk cable you can turn them facing the other side so u open your other side panel and can connect your cable from there.
