Too Bad. I Have No Time.

Modular PSU Will Be More Easy For Cable Management.

How About Normal PSU...?
*
no difference in managing modular & non-modular psu

coz u'll be managing the cables that connecting to the hardwares

not cables that coming out from the psu

if u got lotsa hardware (eg 5×HDD, 2×ODD)

regardless of psu type

lotsa hardware, lotsa cables connecting to it, lotsa cable to manage

I dont get it, how to install to the other side?
*
open the other side panel (the left side panel)

re-insert the hdd with the sata & power cable port facing the other side (the left side panel)

that way, the sata & power cables will be hidden on the other side

QUOTE(Mikahl @ Dec 18 2008, 07:48 PM)
Thx 4 the pointer N-Putra.

I thought about hiding that bulky 24-pin cable too but given that it carries a significant amount of electricity thru it, I'm not too confident about putting the lump of cable directly below the mobo as the mobo itself has an array of electricity running to and fro its micro circuitry.

In short, altho i m tryin 2 make my pc look clean so that air flow is good, i nd to consider electrical and magnectic interference factors as well.

Tx 4 the pointer tho.

Cheers,

Mikahl  wink.gif

not under the mobo

behind the mobo tray!

the tray that u screw ur mobo on!

Normal ATX mobo..Maybe because i din change my HSF?? hmm.gif
*
not bcoz of the hsf

a full/max atx mobo size is 30.5cm × 24.4cm

three screws used (on the top) = 24.4cm

user posted image

urs maybe ~ 30.5cm × 21.0cm

two screw used (on the top) = 21.0cm

using a big casing with a small mobo!?

surely its gonna look like "so empty" rolleyes.gif

Yeap, you are correct. Both P60 and A17 are actually derivatives of A16.
However, one nice feature which only P60 has is the hard disk bay. Since there's no fan attached to it, i can turn it the other way round (as in cable side facing the front), thus making it a Sata hotswap.
But of course, the best feature for P60 is the triple 120mm fan in front. Temperature for this casing is damn good. In addition, triple radiator can be mounted in front (some modification needed).
*
yup, i have to agree

both case is just an upgrade version of A16

another matter is that P60 can mount 3x120mm fan on the front without sacrificing any 5" bay

compared to A17, u can't mount 3x120mm without sacrificing 3x5" bay doh.gif

not everybody uses fan controller, but do anyone using pc without dvd-rom laugh.gif

nonetheless, at least 1x5" bay reserved, regardless the type of user u r

My cable management is actually quite bad, as this casing has plenty of space to hide wires. I am planning to make a custom made CCFL switch in front, thus the inverter can be hidden.
*
that's why i said u could get ur cable management better

coz i owned A17 once

damn easy to manage

thinking bout it again, i do regret selling it last time

but got no choice that time, need sff for portability

Added on January 4, 2009, 9:46 pmjust done mine.

i do install two "CM 90CFM 120mm Fan", one is at the bottom inlet, another one is at the back inlet.

i have a CM 4-in-3 module at the 5.25" bay which is another silent LED 120mm fan. the reason i didn't put a powerful fan there was the last experiment i tested was a disappointment.  vmad.gif

originally the CM 4-in-3 module, i change the inlet fan to CM 90CFM fan. it was powerful without the filter, channeling 90CFM of airflow. when i install the filter, it cut by 50% airflow, then...

i close the COSMOS 1000 door... the airflow drop to 15%...  mad.gif  it was really no point putting a high CFM fan infront so i change it back to the original fan that came with it which was the silent LED 120mm fan.

how u measure the air flow?

what device did u use?

sampai ada percentage of air flow lg tu

anyway, the answer is still no
