Do you have the fans mounted on the Accelero coolers, or is it too tight for a CF setup?

I plan to do it the same way with my NVidia setup.

Cooler Master Centurion 5 - This case isn't really the best for cable management, as there is no way to get the cable from the 5" bays down to the GC's or HDD without having to go back out exposed.

Cable management can be better, but I'll be switching the PSU in a few days so I didn't spend too much time getting it solid.

Yeah? Better layout for cable management? I'll have to take a look, but I believe the last time I checked, the CM690 was quite a bit more expensive than the CM5. It's also a lot better for airflow/cooling vs CM5 - but I just bought this case a month ago, so...dunno what to do. =/

I think you need to upgrade your case, your rear cooling fan is smaller than your CPU fan - impossible to discharge all the hot air...case will get very hot.

Use more ties to bundle the cables together.

Them cables are everywhere. Impossible to hide in a clear case, best to tie them up and use a few well placed C-clips or something to get them in a nice path.
